Design and Implementation of the Image Format Batch-ConversionSoftware Based on ImageJ

In this paper we introduces ImageJ which is the open source and pure java language image processing procedures, and how to use ImageJ package for secondary development. Using the package, we have realized the format conversion from TIFF and SPE that acquised from WinView software to FITS. And based on this, put forward on the method how to use the package to achieve other format conversion as a separate or batch.
