Using Distributed Control System on Astronomical Telescope Control
A Distributed Control System(DCS) based telescope control system is introduced in this paper,which is highly expansible,and could greatly reduce the workload on telescope maintenance and future upgrade.A practical telescope control project with COM port communications is also discussed based on our engineering runs with the telescopes at Xinglong Observatory.
