New Method of Modern Physics in Research of Disaster

The quantum method of the modern physics is used to the space between the Sun and Earth. The magnitude equation of earthquake and the principle of trigger earthquake by the energy stored in an isolated wave excited by the tide-generating forces of celestial objects are preliminary discussed in this paper.
