  • In this paper the commensurability is analysed when the earthquakes above magnitude 7.0 occurred the Hualian area in Taiwan within 20th century and it indicates the certainty of the earthquake which happened on September 21,1999 in the Hualian area.The charaeteristics of positions and tide raising forces of celestial objects are also analysed in the paper
