The Position and Posture of Deputy Reflection Surface Measurement System Design Based on Inertial Measurement Technology

  • The research has developed a measuring instrument system applied to the measurement of deputy reflection surface position and posture of the large radio telescope based on the QTT(Qatari Telescope). The system is based on the inertial measurement unit and embedded technology, the signal acquisition terminal and PC processing software are designed, the observation accuracy in large radio telescope is improved. The system is the core module in closed-loop control system of deputy reflection. The system can meet the requirements of the astronomical observation and deep space net. It is a pioneering work.
