The development of the 10-Meter radio telescope at Yunnan observatory is introduced briefly. The adjustment and the results of the test for the main technical specifications requested .by radio astronomers arc described. The results indicats that the six main technical specifications surpass the original request in the designed plan. This benefits for users, we have already made some useful observations since it was built up.
