  • The maximum of sunspot number and its maximum epoch in Cycle 22 are forecasted by using the grey system theory in this paper. The maximum epoch of Cycle 22 will appear on July 1991. The maximum smoothed sunspot number will be approximately 100 for Cycle 22.
