Astronomical Review of High Time-resolution Radio Observational Techniques

This paper summarizes the status of high time-resolution(HTR) radio observational techniques.At the astronomical angle we review the important significance of HTR technique in radio observations of the sun and stars.We suggest that the HTR technique should be engaged not only for the solar radio observational equipments but also for the cosmic subjects concerned.
