Introduction of Application of Infrared Inmagery Array to Astronomy

Basic performances and classificatory charateristics of Infrared CCD Array arc described in this paper. Principle and construction of a typical InSb-CID (Charge Injection Device) Array are specially introtuced. The application status of Infrared array techenique in astronomy at present in the world is introduced. And finally, astronomical subjects by means of Infrared CCD in the future are discussed.
