The Test And Determination of the Systematic Errors of A Catalog by Using the Observations of Some Minor Planets

A new method is proposed in this paper for determining the systematic errors of a catalog by means of the observations of some minor planets. The principles of the selection of the minor planets and the method for determining their true positions are also described. Finally, how to embody and determine the systematic errors of a catalog by means of the observations of some minor planets is introduced.
