Various Methods for Determining Corrections for the Precessional Constant

In this paper various methods for determining corrections for the precessional constant are briefly introduced. From detailed and objective analyses it can be seen that the geometric method is one of the more ideal methods. Some new methods are also discussed in detail. This article is divided into two parts:(1) the present state of the kinetic and the dynamic methods and(2) the present state of the geometric method. Finally, these methods are discussed and compared.
