The Second Level Observation of the Partial Solar Eclipse at 1.42GHz

  • This paper briely describes the partial solar eclipse observations in September 23, 1987 on second level channed at 1.42GHz by 10m antenna,and the processing results in presented. The radio eclipse radias is 1.280 R and its effective radias is 1.083 R. Was at 0l:50:30(05m49s later than optical maximum eclipse), and at 03:12:20 the partial eclipse1 ended.The residual flux deslty is in 63 per cent.The total flux density in 59.3 s.f.u. in which the flux densities for quid sun and aclive sunree^arc 49.6 s.f.n. and 9.7 s.f.n.respectively.The parameters of the radio sources corresponding to the optical eclipsed soures aer also given in the paper.
