EVOLUTION OF AR5395 AND TIME SEQUENCE OF SOLAR-TERRESTRIAL EVENTS ASSOCIATED WITH AR5395

1.Introduction Active Region 5395(hereafter AR5395) was a flare productive region which ap-peared on 6 March at the east limb of the disk and went out from the west limb on 19March. 11 X class and 48 M class flares were observed during its disk passage.
