1.Introduction The measurements of the time delay(phase)and field strength of Loran-C100kHz sky-wave signal(transmitting station:26°36'N,128°09'E,2006kmfrom Lintong)were continuously conducted at Lintong(34°22'N,109°13'E) during the periods of March and August of 1989.
