Discussion Concerning the Construction of the RSC(IERS) 88 C 01

In this present paper, the statistical results are given which show that the primary sources of the RSC(IERS) 88 C 01 are improperly selected and the orientation of the celestial reference frame of IERS is not strictly set.The confusion is detectable in the coordinates of the complementary sources which may result from the mistakes in the construction of the RSC(IERS)88 C 01.Compensation should be made for these shortcomings in the authors' view.
