With help from Computer Network Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences CNC and Telecommunication office of Kunming, we have built our Email system since March 21th,1995.#br#Our node computer named ROSE that is belong to CNC is linked to Internet.By way of the China public packet switching data network CHINAPAC,we can login it from Ynmmn Observatory,so that Email, FTP and other internet sources can be used.The transmission rate is 2400bps.
