Infrared Research on the HⅡ Region-Molecular Cloud Complexes

The infrared emission behavior of the H Ⅱ region-molecular cloud complexes S140, S141 and S142 is examined through the IRAS Sky Survey Atlases. The IRAF and Skyview are used to analyze, and thus we get the contours of the infrared intensity, clolor temperature and optical depth of the sources. in the complexes. The results show the total infrared luminosity and the distribution of the dust in the complexes. We concerntrate on the dense areas within the molecular clouds, where star-formation is probably going on. The exciting star of the S141 region are also analyzed.
