Positions of Comet Hale-Bopp and Our Observing Tactics

According to the ephemerides of Comet Hyakutake (C/1996 B2) and Comet Hale-Bopp (C/1995 O1), we have plotted their orbit atlas. In addition, their character and their difference in observing conditions is analyzed. A list of observing conditions at Yunnan Observatory is given. It means that the best and important observing period is this year-1996. Being based upon this, some aspect in future observations that should be considered is discussed.
